DocPacket — Turn Forms and PDFs Into Organized Digital Workflows
DocPacket gives businesses, offices, schools, nonprofits, service teams, and public organizations one organized place to build forms, complete paperwork, collect supporting files, route approvals, and produce dependable PDF records.
Start with a new digital form or import an existing PDF. DocPacket keeps the form, assignments, submissions, approvals, generated documents, and audit history connected inside the appropriate workspace.
Open DocPacket.app to create your account and workspace before purchasing a paid plan.
Replace Scattered Paperwork With One Clear Process
Paper forms, email attachments, shared-drive copies, and handwritten approval notes make it difficult to know which version is current or whether work is complete. DocPacket turns those disconnected steps into a repeatable workflow:
- Create or import a reusable form template.
- Assign or share the form with the appropriate people.
- Collect answers, signatures, photos, and supporting attachments.
- Review and approve the submission through defined workflow steps.
- Generate and retain the completed PDF or document packet.
The result is a clearer process for the people filling out forms and a more dependable record for the organization responsible for them.
Build Digital Forms or Use the PDFs You Already Have
DocPacket supports both clean digital forms and existing PDF-based processes. Build a form from scratch with common field types, or upload a PDF and map form fields to the document.
Supported workflow components include:
- Short and long text responses
- Email, number, date, checkbox, and dropdown fields
- Headings and explanatory content
- Signature and initials fields
- File and photo attachments
- Reusable template versions
- PDF field placement and generated documents
- Multi-form packets
Template versioning helps keep future changes separate from records that were already submitted.
Assignments, Recurring Work, and Approvals
Send the right paperwork to the right people without relying on memory or repeated email follow-ups. Paid DocPacket workspaces include advanced workflow capabilities for operational forms and recurring processes.
- Assignments: send a form to a specific workspace member with a due date.
- Recurring assignments: schedule forms that repeat according to an established cycle.
- Drafts and autosave: let users continue longer forms without starting over.
- Approval steps: route submitted records to the appropriate reviewer.
- Return for correction: send work back when additional information is required.
- Reminders: help teams keep assigned paperwork moving.
These capabilities are useful for inspections, intake, onboarding, incident reporting, acknowledgments, service documentation, checklists, internal requests, and other repeatable paperwork.
Public Forms Without Creating an Account for Every Recipient
Publish eligible forms through secure public links when customers, applicants, parents, vendors, or community members need to respond. External form fillers do not become paid workspace members.
Public-form controls can support link lifecycle settings, recipient access, consent text, expiration, submission limits, abuse controls, and safe status messages. Your organization remains responsible for choosing appropriate questions, notices, access settings, and retention periods.
Signatures, Attachments, and Finished Document Packets
Collect supporting information in the same workflow instead of chasing separate files. DocPacket can associate uploaded attachments and applied signatures with the corresponding draft or submission, then generate completed documents for authorized users.
Uploads are handled through protected application storage and supported malware-scanning workflows. Generated PDFs and packets remain connected to the underlying record rather than being treated as unrelated media-library files.
Records, Retention, and Accountability
DocPacket maintains structured records for submissions, revisions, workflow actions, generated documents, and administrative events. Authorized users can review completed work and download available documents from the workspace.
Organization features include:
- Submission history and reference numbers
- Immutable submitted revisions
- Generated PDF and packet records
- Role-based workspace access
- Departments and reporting relationships
- Retention-policy records
- Legal-hold and preservation tools for authorized use
- Audit history and evidence or data exports
DocPacket is a workflow and records tool, not a promise of legal or regulatory compliance. Customers remain responsible for determining their requirements, configuring the service appropriately, and obtaining professional advice when needed.

What Counts Toward Your Plan?
- Members are active people who belong to your internal DocPacket workspace.
- External fillers using public forms do not count as workspace members.
- Active templates are published or actively maintained forms owned by the workspace.
- Submission allowance is used by successful production submissions. Blocked spam and failed attempts do not count.
- Storage may include generated PDFs, document packets, attachments, photos, and retained application files.
If a workspace reaches a paid limit, existing records are not intentionally deleted merely because of that limit. The workspace may need to upgrade, reduce usage, or wait for the next applicable submission cycle before creating additional paid-capacity records.
How Purchase and Activation Work
- Visit DocPacket.app and sign in.
- Create or select the workspace you want to upgrade.
- Open Plan & Billing and copy the 26-character workspace ID.
- Return to this page and select your plan and billing period.
- Enter the DocPacket workspace ID during checkout.
- After successful payment, APS Subscription Manager assigns the subscription entitlement to that workspace.
The workspace ID prevents a purchase from being attached to the wrong organization. Purchase one DocPacket workspace plan at a time.
Manage Renewals and Plan Changes
Web subscriptions are managed through Avoyelles Phone Shop → My Account → Subscriptions. Available plan or billing-frequency changes are handled through the APS billing system. Upgrades may require a prorated payment; eligible downgrades normally apply according to the renewal terms shown during the change.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled when automatic payment is selected. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily does not erase records immediately. Access after cancellation or failed payment follows the status and grace information associated with the subscription.
